Ground preparation
We lift the old lawn or surface and excavate to the right depth so the finished grass sits level with your patio and paths.
Sub-base and screed
Compacted MOT type 1 sub-base with a granite dust screed on top. This is what stops dips, lumps and puddles appearing later.
Weed membrane and edging
A geotextile membrane goes down and treated timber or composite edging is fixed so the grass can be secured all the way round.
Grass laid, joined and finished
Cut to fit, joined with proper adhesive tape so seams are invisible, pinned down, then brushed up to lift the pile.
